Insulation spiral steel pipe is to insulate spiral steel pipe (SSAW pipe). The most important method of heat preservation is polyurethane heat preservation spiral pipe. (3) The installation positions of expanders, pressure reducers, steam traps and valves must meet the design requirements, and the pressure after pre-stretching and pressure adjustment must meet the construction specifications.
(4) It is strictly forbidden to weld branch pipes at the butt welds and bending parts of the steel-steel thermal insulation spiral steel pipe, and the distance between the joint welds and the bending point and the edge of the support and hanger must be greater than 50mm.
(5) The material, specification and wrapping method of the filter screen of the decontamination device must meet the design requirements and construction specifications.
(6) When the steam supply system is completed, the quality of purging must be checked.
(7) The slope of the thermal insulation spiral steel pipe should meet the design requirements.
(8) The threaded connection of carbon steel pipes should meet the following requirements: the thread is clean and regular, there is no broken wire or missing wire, and the connection is firm. There are 2-3 threads exposed at the root of the pipe thread.
(9) The welding of carbon steel pipes shall meet the following requirements:The straightness of the welding joint and the strengthening surface of the welding seam meet the design specifications, and the welding joint surface has no defects such as burn-through, cracks, obvious nodules, slag inclusions and pores, and the welding wave is uniform.
(10) The installation of thermal insulation spiral steel pipe reducer, steam trap and valve shall meet the following requirements:The model, specification, compressive strength and tightness test results meet the design requirements and construction specifications, the installation position, the direction of the inlet and outlet are correct, the connection is firm and tight, the opening and closing are flexible, the orientation is convenient for use, and the surface is clean.
(11) The installation of pipe brackets and pipe sockets should meet the following requirements: correct structure, flat and firm buried, neatly arranged, and close contact between brackets and pipes.
(12) The painting of thermal insulation spiral steel pipes, boxes and metal supports shall meet the following requirements:The type of paint and the number of times of painting meet the design requirements, with good adhesion, no peeling, blistering and missing coating, uniform thickness of paint film, consistent color, no flow and pollution.
