Features of prefabricated direct buried insulation pipe

The high-temperature prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation pipe is a direct-buried prefabricated thermal insulation pipe with good thermal insulation performance, safety and reliability, and low engineering cost. It effectively solves the problems of thermal insulation, sliding lubrication and waterproofing of exposed pipe ends for prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation pipes for 130°C-600°C high-temperature heat transfer in urban central heating. High-temperature prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation pipes not only have advanced technology and practical performance that are incomparable to traditional trenches and overhead laying pipelines, but also have significant social and economic benefits, and are also powerful measures for heating and energy saving.

The thermal insulation pipe is made of a steel pipe, a fiberglass inner sheath, and a fiberglass outer shell, and is characterized in that it also includes a high temperature resistant heat insulation layer, a lubricating layer, and an elastic seal. The utility model effectively solves the problems of heat preservation, sliding lubrication and waterproofing of exposed pipe ends of prefabricated direct-buried heat preservation pipes used in central heat supply in cities and towns for 130°C-600°C high-temperature heat transfer.

The high temperature prefabricated direct buried insulation pipe is mainly composed of four parts.
1. Working steel pipe. According to the technical requirements of the conveying medium, welded pipes, seamless pipes, and double-sided submerged arc spiral welded steel pipes are used respectively.
2. Insulation layer. Made of rigid polyurethane foam.
3. Protective shell. Adopt high-density polyethylene or fiberglass.
4. Leakage alarm line. When manufacturing high-temperature prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation pipes, an alarm line is buried in the thermal insulation layer close to the steel pipes. Once a leak occurs somewhere in the pipeline, through the conduction of the alarm line, an alarm can be displayed on the special detection instrument and the exact location and degree of the leak will be displayed. In order to notify the maintenance personnel to quickly deal with the leaking pipe section and ensure the safe operation of the heating network.

Compared with traditional steel pipe insulation methods, prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation steel pipes have very prominent advantages:
1. The prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation steel pipe does not need to build a huge trench, but only needs to bury the thermal insulation pipe underground. Therefore, the land occupation of the project is greatly reduced, which is conducive to environmental protection, reducing the amount of earthwork excavation by more than 50%, and reducing the amount of civil masonry and concrete by 90%. At the same time, the insulation pipe construction and on-site trenching are carried out in parallel, and only on-site joints are required, which can shorten the construction period by more than 50%.
2. Good thermal insulation performance, heat loss is only 25% of traditional pipes, long-term operation can save a lot of energy and significantly reduce energy costs.
3. It has strong waterproof and corrosion resistance. It can be directly buried in the ground or in water without the need for pipe trenches. The construction is simple and fast, and the overall cost is low.
4. It also has good corrosion resistance and impact resistance under low temperature conditions, and can be directly buried in underground frozen soil.
5. The service life can reach 30-50 years, and the correct installation and use can make the maintenance cost of the pipe network extremely low.
6. An alarm system can be set to automatically detect the leakage fault of the pipe network, accurately indicate the fault location and automatically alarm.
