The steel sheet piles are inspected on site. After the steel sheet piles are transported to the site, they need to be sorted out. Eliminate the internal organs of the lock (such as arc welding slag, waste filler, etc.), and repair the defective parts in many ways. The new steel sheet piles must meet the quality standards of the ex-factory products, and the raw materials for the entry steel sheet piles should comply with the inspection standards for the performance parameters of the Larsen steel sheet piles.

①Lock inspection method: According to the specification of about 2 meters of steel sheet piles of the same type and size, check all the steel sheet piles of the same type. In the verification, a crane is used to drive a standard steel sheet pile industrial track flat car, and the lock is checked from the pile cap to the pile tail. Calibrate the detected twists and "dead bends" of the lock.

② Ensure that the locks on both sides of the single steel sheet pile are parallel. At the same time, try to keep the spacing of steel sheet piles within the same overall width specification model.

The overall width should be checked by dividing a sheet of steel sheet pile into three parts from top to bottom, and accurately measuring the total width with a roll of steel tape measure, so that the spacing of a pile is within the same specification, and the error of adjacent numbers less than 1. In order to realize the partial deformation of the human eye, data encryption and precise measurement can be carried out. Steel sheet piles should try to avoid errors.

③For other inspections of steel sheet piles, all-round inspections must be done for incompleteness, disability levels, messiness, rusty skin, rolling, etc. of the pile body, and effective countermeasures must be taken to ensure normal use.
